Citizens National Bank to Break Ground on New Defiance Office

Citizens National Bank is excited to announce the official groundbreaking for its newest facility in Defiance. The new office, located at 601 E. Second St., will provide a full-service banking center including commercial and mortgage lending, business and personal deposit accounts as well as access to the bank's investment center. Speaking at the event will be Defiance Chamber representative Isaac Lee, President/CEO of Citizens National Bank, Mike Romey and CNB Defiance City President, Brad Spitnale. CNB Board Members and representatives of the bank's architectural firm, K4 will also be in attendance.

Citizens National Bank entered the Defiance market in 2011 offering commercial and agricultural lending. In 2012 that office was approved a full-branch license and expanded its services to include deposits and mortgage lending. "As our involvement with the Defiance community and our relationships with our clients have grown we realized the need to offer a full-service office to service our customers better. The state-of-the-art facility and comfort we will be able to now provide our Defiance area clients will be second to none in this area," states Defiance City President, Brad Spitnale.

With offices in Bluffton, Celina, Elida, Findlay, Lima, Springfield, Van Wert and Defiance, Citizens National Bank has assets totaling more than $650 million and has been serving the communities of West Central Ohio since 1920.
