Statement Options

Citizens offers two options for receiving your statement; Electronic or Safekeeping. For your convenience, all statements are also available as combined statements if you have more than one account with us.

Electronic Statements (eStatements)

We recommend the eStatement for its convenience and faster availability to you.

Safekeeping Statement

With this option, the bank will store your checks and you will receive a paper statement by mail. You may obtain a copy of a check if needed. (Up to six free per year).

Combined Statements

Why juggle extra paperwork? If you have more than one account with us, CNB's combined statement collects all your banking information on one easy-to-read statement. Both statement choices are available to you as a combined statement.

Hints and Tips

Be sure to let us know if your email address changes. You can update your email address by accessing the Update Profile form from the Other Services tab in CNB Online Banking.

It's a good idea to archive your statement files. You can save them to both your hard drive and/or to a removable storage media device (i.e. CD, flash drive, etc.).

Print only the pages you need. At times you may need to print out at least a portion of your statement to aid in reconciling your accounts. One of the great things about eStatements is that you can select and print out only the pages you need, again helping our environment by not wasting paper.

Stay current on your Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ version. If you receive errors when trying to open the PDF file, first check to see that you are using the most updated version of Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™.
