[Citizens National Bank Helps TFC Architects and Engineers Build Their Business]

Citizens National Bank is proud to have TFC Architects and Engineers as one of its customers. Steve Ritter, Senior Vice President and Bluffton City Executive, states, “Several of us at Citizens have had the pleasure of working with Mark and the TFC staff. We feel that this is a team effort, with each person from Citizens and TFC bringing skills to the table to create a financial program that keeps pace with TFC’s growth and makes their daily operations more efficient.”

TFC Architects and Engineers provides architectural and engineering planning services to help clients plan for capital infrastructure and expand their businesses. Mark Line, Professional Engineer, serves as Principal; and Mike Arnold, Registered Architect, serves as Director of Architecture and Operations Manager. The company began thirteen years ago, focusing on engineering services, and then expanded to include architectural services. TFC provides complete integration of services – from the client’s vision, to planning and construction, to completion of the project and beyond. An experienced TFC project manager works with the client throughout all phases of the project. Knowledgeable about the client’s vision, the project manager is able to make adjustments as the project proceeds to completion. With a staff capable of providing quality service for a wide variety of needs, TFC’s clients include government, primary and secondary education, health care, industrial, institutional, commercial and recreational facilities. TFC employs 11 full time employees and provides opportunities for cooperative employment for college students. Always striving to provide great service, TFC Architects and Engineers has received the ACEC Engineering Excellence Award five years in a row. TFC received this award, based on achievement, value and ingenuity, from its peers and clients by providing quality service and exceeding expectations.

TFC has banked with Citizens National Bank for over two years. Line says, “I feel that Citizens has a sincere interest in TFC and its success. Working in a service organization, I am very aware of cultivating relationships with customers and having a genuine concern for their vision and success.” He adds that the staff at Citizens take the time to get to know him and his business, listen to him and attend TFC’s open houses. Line is impressed that Mike Romey, President and CEO of Citizens, has met with him at TFC. Line looks forward to continuing this beneficial relationship.

Line feels that one of the advantages of using Citizens for lending purposes is that they understand TFC’s needs and markets. The staff at Citizens have a genuine concern and help TFC excel in their markets and business plan. He adds that he is kept well informed, his questions and requests are addressed promptly, and his expectations are always exceeded. Line says, “Citizens is very flexible with developing a lending program that meets my business needs. All decisions are made locally in an expedient manner. This is how banking should be done.”

Line states that Citizens has done a tremendous job with planning and implementing their business online banking product, Online for Business. He adds that the staff at Citizens are responsive to his requests and strive to make the features of Online for Business compatible with his business needs and operations. He is impressed that Citizens is ahead of the curve with providing security features to avoid unauthorized persons’ access to account information. Additionally, he appreciates Citizens’ gracious, understanding staff, along with their on-site training and quick responses to questions. Line feels that the staff at Citizens understand time pressures and the need for efficiency. He says, “Citizens came through with taking away the worries of daily operations and managing funds, especially when I am out of state.
