Bob Rhodes Company owns nine Arby’s stores located in Lima and the surrounding areas. The company is owned by Marsha Rhodes, Steve Rhodes and Roger Rhodes. Started by Bob Rhodes, Marsha’s husband and Steve and Roger’s father; this family owned business has been in existence for 16 years and employs approximately 275 people. Well known for slow-roasted and freshly sliced roast beef sandwiches, Arby’s offers high quality, unique products not typically found in fast food restaurants. New products are added for variety on the menu; the newest being toasted subs. The Rhodes family strives to provide great tasting food for their customers and an excellent work environment for their employees at their Arby’s stores.
Having had a good longstanding relationship with Ryan, the Rhodes family brought their accounts to Citizens when he began working for Citizens in 2002. Steve Rhodes says, “Pat has a genuine interest in my family and our business. That’s one of the reasons why we wanted Pat to continue to serve our banking needs after he moved to Citizens.” Rhodes has found this same genuine interest throughout CNB and states that Citizens is truly a local bank that cares about its customers.
Rhodes feels that Ryan looks out for his family’s business and informs them of products that can help their business succeed. Rhodes states that Online for Business has made their daily operations more efficient for taxes, cash management and loan payments. He is impressed with Citizens’ knowledgeable staff that have come on-site to set up Online for Business and thoroughly train Rhodes’ employees. He adds that Citizens’ staff are very responsive to questions and requests so that Online for Business provides his company optimal efficiency.
