MPI manufactures precision machined products for an ever growing and diverse customer base. MPI started as a small Northwest Ohio job shop in 1988. Today, MPI is a full-service manufacturing facility, housed in a 26,000 square feet building on six acres, that employs 63 people and completes sales globally. Jim Miller, the founder of MPI, serves as President. Additionally, Citizens’ business online banking product, Online for Business, allows Miller to view loan balances and complete electronic funds transfers. Miller also uses Merchant Capture. With this new product from Citizens, he is able to process checks directly at his place of business when it is convenient. He also appreciates the quicker availability of funds with Merchant Capture. Miller says, “I’m impressed with the training my employees and I received for Online for Business and Merchant Capture. The Citizens employees came on-site to do the training, and didn’t leave until we were comfortable with it.” He adds that both products run very smoothly, and the staff at Citizens are always available to answer questions and requests promptly.
