Current customers can access this free service with one phone call....no application needed! Simply follow the directions below.

Sign Up For OnLine Banking

(if you have NEVER signed up for Citizens OnLine before.)
*Note: If your account rep has already completed the sign up procedure with you in one of our offices please log in using the Current User Directions below.

To Setup Citizens OnLine Access ID and Password

  • Click the "New User Signup" link at the top left of this page to enter the secure system. A new secure window will open.
  • Click the "New User Sign Up" button.
  • The "OnLine Banking Agreement" will appear. Please read it carefully. If you accept the terms of the agreement, click the "I Agree" button.
  • You will be asked to enter the following information to verify your account access:

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER:

For verification purposes. (no dashes or spaces)

ACCOUNT NUMBER:

This can be any account you have with CNB: checking, savings, CD or loan accounts. Please note that for future log-ons you will use this account number as your Access ID.

ACCOUNT TYPE:

Select the type of account you entered above.

PASSWORD:

The last four digits of your Social Security number. You will set up your actual user password in the next step.
  • You will then be asked to enter the following information to setup up your password:

CURRENT PASSWORD:

Re-enter the password from the previous screen.

NEW PASSWORD:

Create a new password. Be sure to follow the requirements displayed on the screen.

CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD:

Re-type your chosen password to verify it.

You will need to use the same ACCESS ID each time you enter the OnLine Banking system. You can change your PASSWORD at any time by clicking the CHANGE PASSWORD button and following the directions. However, for security reasons you must know the current active password to perform this function.

Current Registered Users -

if you (or your account rep) have already set up your Access ID and password .

To Log-On to Citizens OnLine

  • Log on to www.cnbohio.com.
  • Enter your ACCESS ID and PASSWORD at the top left corner to enter the secure system. A new secure window will open.
  • Verify your pass phrase and image are correct. Enter your PASSWORD where indicated to access your accounts.
