If your current checking account entitles you to FREE checks you cannot order checks online. Please continue to order your checks in the same manner, either by mailing in the reorder form or by contacting your account representative.

To re-order your checks online follow these simple directions:

  1. Log into OnLine Banking:

    Online check ordering is managed through OnLine Banking for several reasons. First and foremost, of course, is for security. This ensures that only you can order checks for your account. Secondly, this allows us to display the details of your most recent check order--making it even easier for you to reorder your checks.

  2. Click on the checking account for which you would like to order checks:

    To order checks for your checking account you must go into that specific account. If you have more than one checking account you must go into each account separately to order checks for that account.

  3. Click the "Order Checks" button:

    A new browser window will open and you will see your most recent check order for that account displayed on screen. Please note that this browser window is not the Citizens National Bank website. Rather it is the website of Deluxe Financial Services, our check provider. You can be assured that your check order is secure because Deluxe is the world's largest check printer, serving over 10,000 financial institutions nationwide. Deluxe receives more than 80 percent of its check orders through its electronic connections with financial institutions and through the Internet.

  4. Complete your check order by following the directions on the Deluxe website.

Hints and Tips:

  1. Please be sure to enable JavaScript and Java in your browser. Without them you may be unable to preview the check designs or use Help correctly.
  2. You can change your check design, binding style, choose special enhancements like monograms and messages, and order covers and accessories. You can also change the information displayed on your check, the starting check number, and the address where the checks should be shipped. Just follow the easy instructions.
  3. he cost of your checks will be deducted from your checking account.
  4. Only personal checks may be ordered online. At this time, this service is not available for our business customers.
