Katie Cheeseman Promoted to Senior Vice President Human Resources

Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Katie Cheeseman to Senior Vice President Human Resources. In this position she develops policies and directs and coordinates HR activities, such as talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, benefits, employee relations, training and development, and compensation.

Katie joined CNB in February of 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. Previously she was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She states, “I find great joy in collaborating with the talented team at CNB, where I am dedicated to serving as a resource and offering assistance whenever challenges arise. It is truly fulfilling to aid and contribute to ensuring a positive experience for all individuals at CNB.”

Katie holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Purdue University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). She is a proud member of SHRM (The Society for Human Resources Management) and the Findlay Area Human Resource Association. She is also an active Chapter Advisory Board member for Kappa Delta Sorority at her alma mater BGSU. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.
