M&J Agra Solutions: Creating Connections with CNB

When Jamie Agler’s previous employment ended abruptly, he decided to begin a new journey. He needed a facility for his ag seed, fertilizer, and lawn care product company and wanted to build his own warehouse to start. “With being a startup business, we felt that was a little too much for him to take on at that time,” said CNB Lender Brent Kohn. “Through different relationships that we built throughout the bank, we had a client that had a building that was available for lease. We introduced Jamie to Joe and Brenda Gallaway.” Joe and Brenda are farmers near the Ohio City area and own several properties within Ohio City. They own the warehouse that Jamie leases, as well as the town’s storage facility, Lambert Self Storage.

Brent saw the potential for Jamie’s business and the relationship that could be built, so he got them connected. According to Joe Gallaway, “Things really fell into place with Jamie. He needed someplace to go, and we had that place for him to go. It’s really worked out well.” Jamie’s business has not only taken root but is now thriving. Proving that with the right partnership, an ambitious dream can grow into reality.

“Working with Citizens National Bank, you know, we’ve come a long way. We’re doing online banking and we’re doing mobile depositing. Working with Al Saylor and Brent Kohn, they see a problem before I do sometimes and they forewarn me and they’re just super people to work with, the whole staff there.”
