Setup CNB Online Banking Access ID and Password

Note: If your account representative has already completed the sign up procedure with you in one of our offices, please log in using the Current User directions on this page.

Click the "Create an account" link on the dropdown menu at the top right of this page to enter the secure system. An enroll screen will open. You will be asked to enter the following information to verify your access:

Account Type

Account Number
This can be any account you have with Citizens National Bank: checking, savings, CD or loan accounts.

Social Security Number
For verification purposes (no dashes or spaces)

PIN
Call your local CNB office to speak with a Customer Service Representative to request your initial temporary password.

Email Address

 

The "Online Banking Agreement" will appear. Please read it carefully. if you accept the terms of the agreement, click the "I Agree" button.

 

You will then be asked to enter the following information to setup your password and username.

Create Username

You will be required to choose your own username. It cannot be the account number you supplied on the previous screen and it must be at least 8 characters and should not include symbols.

You will need to use the same access ID each time you enter the Online Banking system. You can change your password at any time by clicking the Options button and following the directions. However, for security reasons you must know the current active password to perform this function.

New Password

Create a new password. Be sure to follow the requirements displayed on the screen.

Confirm New Password

Re-type your chosen password to verify it.

 

Create Security Data

Enter your email address and confirm it

Challenge Questions and Answers

Select and answer 3 challenge questions. These are used to verify you in case you're using a public computer.

Type of Computer

Choose whether you are logging on from a personal computer or public computer. Only register personal computers you frequently use. Never register public computers, such as library computers or computers used by multiple users.

Current Users

Follow these directions if you have already set up your Access ID and password.

How to Login

• Log on to www.cnbohio.com
• Hover over "Online Banking." A login menu will appear
• Enter your username and password
• Click "Sign On"
