An easy and secure way to transfer your funds between your Citizens National Bank accounts and your external accounts. Once the account is successfully added, input the amount you want to transfer, confirm and your money is scheduled to transfer. It is that simple!

  1. Log into Mobile Banking.
  2. Select the Transfer & Pay tab.
  3. Select Make an External Transfer.
  4. Designate an account from another bank to transfer funds from.
  5. Designate your CNB checking or savings to transfer funds to.

We offer three Mobile Banking options:

1. Mobile App

A downloadable app for iPhone and Android smartphone users. This is a streamlined version of regular online banking and allows customers to access their accounts, perform balance transfers and pay bills without having to go to our website at all. The app can be downloaded directly from our website at enrollment. It can be found by searching "cnbohio". Users can now enroll and update their password directly in the app.

2. Browser-based

This is the version of mobile banking customers may access by browsing to a specific url provided at enrollment and logging into online banking as they would through their PC. Once registered as a mobile banker, online banking will recognize the customer is using a phone vs. a PC and provide the streamlined mobile banking experience. Customers may do all the same things in this version as the Mobile App, excluding Mobile Deposit.

3. Text-based

For customers who do not have a smartphone, this version of mobile banking provides limited information regarding account balances and transaction history. Once enrolled, the customer simply text codes, such as BAL for balances, to 96924 and a message is sent back to their phone with the current balance in the account they indicated. Available codes include:

BAL = balance

ATM + street or zip = nearest ATM location

HIST = transaction history

How to Enroll

  1. Download the app for iPhone or Android.
  2. Choose Enroll Now on initial screen.
  3. Choose the type of account, enter your Account Number, Social Security Number and the PIN.
  4. Enter your email and confirm.
  5. Read the Terms and Conditions and if you agree, choose I agree.
  6. Choose your username and password and set up your challenge questions and answers.

My Credit Score

My Credit Score give you instant access to your Credit Score every time you log into your online account access. And, there's even more to My Credit Score:

Instant Balance

Once turned on, the Instant Balance feature will allow you to view your current balances for whatever accounts you choose without having to actually log in to the mobile app.
