Deposit your check from anywhere in just 3 easy steps using your smartphone!

Step 1: Open the "CNB Mobile" app

Step 2: Select "Deposits"; pick the account you'd like to deposit to; make sure you properly sign and endorse the back of the check with your signature and "For Mobile Deposit to Citizens National Bank" then take photos of the front and back of your check

Step 3: Agree to submit the deposit

Tips on Using Mobile Check Deposit

  • Before logging into the Mobile Deposit app, close all other apps running in the background on your mobile phone.
  • Sign/Endorse the back of your check, and label it "For Mobile Deposit Only, Citizens National Bank".
  • When prompted for the amount, carefully enter the check amount to ensure it matches the amount written on your check.
  • Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos.
  • Keep the check within the view finder on the camera screen when capturing your photos, making sure all four corners are visible.
  • Place the check on solid dark background before taking the photo. Try not to get too much of the areas surrounding the check.
  • Take the photos of your check in a well-lit area, making sure there are no shadows across the check.
  • Keep your phone flat and steady above the check when taking your photos to ensure the check image is not blurry.
  • Hold the camera as square to the check as possible to reduce corner to corner skew.
  • The MICR line (numbers on the bottom of your check) is readable.


How to Enroll in Mobile Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on Profile in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Manage devices beside Mobile banking.
  4. Add New Device and select which version of Mobile Banking you would like to use.
