CardValet - Integrated into the Mobile App and Now Available for Credit Cards!

Using a debit or credit card is certainly more convenient than carrying around a lot of cash, but even so you might have concerns about fraudulent use of your card information or worries about if they would get lost or stolen. By using the CardValet app you can have peace of mind that you control when your debit and credit cards are turned on or off, or even what locations or merchant types you want them to be used at. The CardValet app is available for free through the App Store or the Google Play Store. Once downloaded you can input card information for all your Citizens National Bank cards, including debit, personal credit or business credit cards. See all the information in one place, and control their use easily by swiping through the screens. Enroll in alerts to know when and where your cards are being used. While we've offered this for debit cards for a while, we're excited to now have it available for your credit cards.

Now, to make it even easier to control your debit cards on the go, an abbreviated version of CardValet is integrated within our CNB Mobile App. Simply log into the CNB Mobile App, and click on Manage My Cards to block your debit card or set card limits without having to log separately into the CardValet app.
