CNB Mobile Banking Updates - Touch ID and Android Fingerprint Login

If you're tired of typing in your password every time you want to view your Citizens National Bank accounts in the mobile app, you no longer have to. Earlier this year we updated the app for Apple phones to allow Touch ID to login. Now, we're also offering Fingerprint Login for Android phones as well. In order to take advantage of this new feature you'll need to update your CNB mobile app. Once it's turned on, you'll simply need to use your fingerprint to easily access your accounts, making it simpler than ever to transfer funds, pay bills and use Popmoney.

For iPhones

1. Login to the app using your username and password.
2. Choose the "More" option from the bottom menu.
3. Click on Touch ID Settings.
4. Slide the slider for Touch ID to "On."

For Android Phones

1. Login to the app using your username and password.
2. Choose the "More" option from the bottom menu.
3. Click on Fingerprint Login Settings.
4. Slide the slider for Fingerprint Login to "On."
