Shyla Houser Promoted to VP Business Banking Officer

Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Shyla Houser to VP Business Banking Officer in its Celina market. Shyla will continue working with businesses, offering commercial loans and lines of credit, as well as aiding with cash management solutions.

Shyla joined CNB as a bank teller in 2017. She transitioned into a commercial/agriculture lending assistant role in 2019 and then moved into the commercial operations department in 2021. She states, “I am excited to be given this new title and responsibility while continuing to work with the local businesses in this community. They are the reason it’s such a wonderful place to live and work in!”

Andy Rosenbeck, Celina Market President, states, “Shyla’s understanding of the bank’s processes and previous experience with Celina’s customers have been a valuable asset to our office. I’m confident she will be able to take on this new challenge.” Shyla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from ITT. She and her family live in Mercer County and are proud to be a part of the community. She believes that a personal approach is a major key to helping customers succeed as well as providing them with an excellent banking experience.
