Suellen Smith Promoted to AVP / Branch Operations Manager

Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Suellen Smith to Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations Manager in its Lima Office. In this position, Suellen is responsible for branch oversight, including daily operations, sales, and financial performance.

Suellen brings past banking and management experience from previous roles and started at CNB as the Lima Office’s Commercial Lending Assistant in 2020. She held that position for three years before transferring to the role of Technical Education and Solutions Specialist with the Project Management Team. In late 2024, she transferred back to the Lima Office as their Branch Operations Manager. “I have always appreciated the way CNB puts its customers first and makes an impact in the community, and I am excited to be part of that impact, while continuing my role with the amazing team here at the bank,” states Suellen.

Suellen and her husband Jerry, have four children and 8 grandchildren that they love to spend their free time with.
