Traci Heinze Promoted to VP / Project Manager

Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Traci Heinze to Vice President, Project Manager at its Operations Center. In this position, she leads the Project Management team in project research, scheduling, planning, training, and execution for various technology solutions and use case initiatives across the bank.

Traci has been with CNB for over 16 years, and in Project Management for 11 years, now leading that team. She is a graduate of Bluffton University, holding an MBA as well as a BA in Organizational Management. She is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Traci and her husband reside in Bluffton with their two children, 13 and 2, and are active members of First Baptist Church of Ada.
