As you read this Executive Newsletter you will notice a theme – COVID-19. It has consumed us and forced us to change the way we go about our daily lives and run our businesses. Social distancing, masks, sanitation, and personal safety have become a new normal for Citizens National Bank and many of our business clients. The question remains, how long will these new preventative health measures last? For many businesses, this may be the new normal.

At CNB, we have seen a shift in the way our customers transact business with us. Recently, we opened the majority of our branch lobbies on a limited basis, while continuing to service our clients through electronic processes and by utilizing our drive-thrus. Additionally, we are working even harder on improving our technology and electronic banking services while looking to expand those services with new options. If you are unfamiliar with our online and mobile banking services, please reach out to your Business Banking Officer or local branch team member. We would love to help.

We had the pleasure of assisting over 680 small businesses with the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program and we look forward to continuing to work with each of them through the next phase. For now, we will remain focused on ensuring all of our customers’ needs are being met while doing our part to ensure the safety and health of everyone.
