Citizens National Bank provides CNB Bill Payment through CheckFree, an acknowledged leader in the bill payment industry. 

It offers the convenience of paying all your bills from one website, as well as the ability to track your payments. In addition, payments don't come out of your account until the scheduled due date, making it easier for you to plan ahead. There is no limit to the number of payments you can make, or to the number of payees you can have. You may enter your payment information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere you have internet access. For your convenience, it's compatible with leading finance software, including Quicken and QuickBooks.

How to Enroll

You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use CNB Bill Payment. To enroll for the first time in CNB Bill Payment follow these steps:

1. Log into Online Banking.
2. Select the checking account you want to pay from.
3. Click on the Bill Payment button at the top of the screen.
4. After reading the Terms and Conditions, click "I Agree".

• Vendor Search
  Add new vendors simply by typing in the company name. If a match is found in the database, the vendor's information will be added automatically.
• Scheduling Payments by the Due Date
  Enter the date you would like your vendor to receive your payment, and we take care of getting it there on time!
• More Control
  Your money will remain in your bank account until the day you select the payment be made to your vendor. Many vendors now receive electronic payments, which is the quickest way to pay.
• Payment Reminders
  Never make a late payment again! When you set up reminders, you will receive a message telling you when your payment is due.
• Make Recurring Payments
  Eliminate the hassle of paying your monthly bills by setting up recurring payments. This is a great option for payments that do not change from month to month, such as your car payment or mortgage.
• Make Personal Payments
  Our personal payment service, Zelle, enables you to send and receive money to those you know, or owe, in as little as one business day — securely and electronically — right from CNB Bill Payment. All you need is their email address or mobile phone number!
• See It All At A Glance!
  The Payment Center lets you make payments and view pending payments, recent payments and bill reminders all on the same screen.

Same Day Bill Pay Available

All of us at one time or another have forgotten to pay a bill and realize the day it is due. Our bill payment service through online banking will now allow customers to make payments that are posted the same day they are scheduled. The same day bill pay-capable merchant network includes almost 400 billers currently. Eligible merchants will show a "Pay Today" option below the Payment Date field along with the fee associated with the same day payment. The fee will be $9.95, considerably less than paying costly late fees.

Signing into CNB Bill Payment

CNB Bill Payment is accessed through the CNB Bill Payment button in Online Banking. Clicking on that button will redirect you to CheckFree's Bill Payment website. Then, simply enter your login information.

Bill Payment through Mobile Banking

Quickly add payees with Bill Capture. Simply take a picture of your bill to quickly make a payment now, or access from the to do list later. The information auto-fills so you don't even have to type the information in.
